The Etac Knork Fork combines a knife and a fork to allow for one handed cutlery use. You can select either right or left handed. It features broad outer prongs that have been flattened so you can cut through food without cutting your mouth. The Knork Fork also features a wide neck which lets the finger rest upon it, allowing for enough pressure to be exerted when cutting food with a rocking movement.
